Crystal Creek Phase 1, a project by Crystal Creek JV Ltd. (CM Land Development) is located on the westernmost edge of Leduc. This project began in late summer with our Team remaining focused and committed to achieving the development’s goals.
The project scope included servicing 148 lots, constructing a stormwater management facility (SWMF), installing 5,600 meters of mainline pipe and paving 1.6 kilometres of road. From the outset, the team worked diligently to complete our tasks in time for surface contractors to begin their work before winter.
Thanks to the concerted efforts of all involved, the underground work was completed in just under two months, allowing the surface contractor to commence their scope in September. Paving was completed early in November.
